Brave Voice Summer Retreat

Join Caryn Mirriam-Goldberg and Kelley Hunt at our friend Lorel’s beautiful country home, just south of Lawrence, for an afternoon of refreshing creativity on the page and aloud in writing and music. We’ll have ample time for relaxing and visiting, including over high tea — yes, scones, shortbread, tea sandwiches and more (including gluten-free delights) — in between writing, singing, sipping iced mint tea or fresh lemonade, and enjoying high summer together.

Lorel’s house is well-air-conditioned too with lots of writing perches inside and out, for the writing workshop Caryn will lead. The piano sounds divine, so get ready to have Kelley play and sing for us as she leads us in singing (no one is asked to sing alone).
