I believe in the transformative power of writing for greater courage, resilience, and creativity. As a writer, educator, facilitator, coach, and former Kansas Poet Laureate, I work with people to live our truest stories. All my work is rooted in the power of words to lift up our lives. I facilitate workshops, teach classes, and coach people on what writing can bring to our lives,
I lead sessions for businesses, groups, and institutions on effective planning, communications, and team-building.
